• Returns: Due to the personal hygiene nature of oral respiratory training devices, we can only accept returns on items that are completely unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days of purchase. Any item that has been opened, unsealed, or handled cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
• Return Shipping Costs: The customer is strictly responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning an item. Initial shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
• Refused, Undeliverable, or Unclaimed Packages: If a delivery is refused by the customer at the door, goes unclaimed at a local post office, or is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer during checkout, a flat $5.00 return processing fee will be deducted from your final refund to cover the carrier charges for returning the package back to our warehouse.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding your approval. If approved, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@expand-a-lung.com with a photo of the defect so we can issue a replacement.
