The New Year is almost here and many of us are making resolutions to improve our health, lose weight or even train for a marathon. Whatever your resolution the Expand-A-Lung 30 Day Breathing Challenge can help you reach your fitness goals, improve your health and increase your stamina.

Day 1

Find a resistance setting that is challenging but comfortable for you.

  • Inhale through the mouthpiece slowly, as deeply as you can.
  • Hold your breath for 3 seconds
  • Exhale through the mouthpiece slowly until you’re almost out of breath.

Wait a few seconds  and then repeat  5 times

Day 2

Find a resistance setting that is challenging but comfortable for you.

  • Inhale through the mouthpiece slowly, as deeply as you can.
  • Hold your breath for 5 seconds
  • Exhale through the mouthpiece slowly until you’re almost out of breath.

Wait a few seconds  and then repeat    5 times

Day 3

Find a resistance setting that is challenging but comfortable for you.

  • Inhale through the mouthpiece slowly, as deeply as you can.
  • Hold your breath for 7 seconds
  • Exhale through the mouthpiece slowly until you’re almost out of breath.

Wait a few seconds  and then repeat  5 times

Day 4

Find a resistance setting that is challenging but comfortable for you.

  • Inhale through the mouthpiece slowly, as deeply as you can.
  • Hold your breath for 10 seconds
  • Exhale through the mouthpiece slowly until you’re almost out of breath.

Wait a few seconds  and then repeat   5 times

Day 5

  • Inhale through the mouthpiece slowly, as deeply as you can.
  • Hold your breath for 10 seconds
  • Exhale through the mouthpiece slowly until you’re almost out of breath.
